Altaf Shaikh popularly known as MC Stan was born on 29th August 1999 in Pune, Maharashtra. He is one of the pillars of Indian Hip-Hop. His crazy and different rapping style made him one of the fastest growing rapper in india. He mostly raps in new school melodies and style plus he also produces and writes his own songs too. He first heard about rapping from his big brother when he was in 6th class and his first rap song that he heard was “In Da Club” by American Rapper 50 Cent then he wrote his first rap song in 8th class called “Kaisi Hai Public” and shot a music video too but for some reasons it didn’t released.
Stan is from Pune, Maharashtra and he grw up in a lower middle class family. In his early days as a struggling rapper he used to go to mumbai to attend rap cyphers, in there he met emiway bantai and thought that emiway and his team didn’t give him the respect that he deserves. He releases his Tadipar album with that company and after that he splits with No Filter and started his own record label named as “HINDI RECORDS”. “Snake” which was the first tract released from his record label which gained 82 Million views as of February 2023.
Slowly his haters are started to support him and his fan following increases day by day then he releases his much awaited album “Insaan” which has crossed 60 Million streams on spotify and a total of 100 Million views on Youtube. As of 2023 MC Stan gained a huge number of fan following when he got entered in Famous Indian Reality TV Show “Big Boss” and he also wins that show too.
